Attorney Doncho Donchev holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. He possesses extensive expertise in the fields of commercial and banking law, with a focus on complex corporate structures, insolvency proceedings, and banking transactions, including regulatory and contractual matters related to non-bank financial institutions (fast lending companies). He advises and represents commercial companies and financial institutions in strategic legal decision-making, legal risk management, and defense in judicial and administrative proceedings.

Radostina Doncheva

Attorney Radostina Doncheva holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, with a specialization in European Union Law. She specializes in structuring and legal analysis of real estate transactions, including complex and high-risk deals, establishment and protection of building rights (superficies), as well as the regulation of intermediary legal relationships in property sales, leasing, and property management. She advises clients on commercial law matters and contractual structures, providing comprehensive legal representation in civil and real property disputes.
